Military Background

Bill proudly served four years in the United States Army, stationed at Fort Knox, Fort Sam Houston, and Fort Stuttgart. Graduating at the top of his class as a 73C Finance Specialist, Bill exemplified leadership and excellence early in his career.

A Dedicated Family Man

Bill is the founder and majority owner of Core Careers, committed to honor, integrity, family, and client service. He founded his first staffing and recruiting company, HirePower, while raising his two sons after the loss of his wife. Now, as the founder and majority owner of Core Careers, Bill continues to balance a strong commitment to both his clients and family.

From Service to Business Success

After his military service, Bill earned a summa cum laude accounting degree from Eastern Kentucky University and CPA certification. He held leadership roles at Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst & Young), Louisville Gas and Electric, and Jewish Hospital before shifting to recruiting and staffing in 2005.
